For The Arcade, Trompe Loeil has done what I think is the most creative thing this round. Not only are there a ton of adorable goodies (full contact sheet here) but it’s all wrapped up in an incredible little box.

Offered free to everyone is this great advent calendar, though what you’re spinning for as you pump money into the gatcha are the keys. Each key opens a different door, and in turn gives you a different goody. Not only are the treats amazing, but the advent calendar itself, along with the keys, make great decorations too!

This is one gatcha I’d play over and over again, simply because you can never have enough snowflakes or wreaths or trees or keys for that matter.

Too Long, Didn’t Read

Arcade is days away and ready to ring in December! I got myself a sneak peek this morning, and wandered around at the venue. Not only are there more machines this round, but the stuff seems to better than last time, if that’s at all possible.

Both floorplan, yes Anna has two machines, and Commoner come with a great selection of colours for their stuff (full contact sheets can be seen here and here). Both are incredibly quirky and unique, and a definite must have during the event.

Deck The Walls

With The Arcade’s December round just days away, you’re bound to find some great seasonal stuff. And while I feel slightly insane for doing more holiday posts before December is even here, I seriously can’t help it when designers make so much awesome stuff.

Sway’s and what next have a great little set of wall decor that not only has some seasonal stuff, but some goodies for all year ’round. Willis took a whole bunch of pictures of each set, so take a peek at her blog to see the rest.

Here’s your junk:

North Star

Something I’m always trying to do is be creative. There’s no point in me throwing pictures at you of things that have already been done, right? And Christmas is one of those times where things get repeated over and over. So, I thought I’d try something new with Trompe Loeil’s new stuff!

My favourite of everything recently has got to be the star lights, which not only come in pendant ceiling lights, but tree toppers and surface lamps. They come in five glass colours (all shown) and two metals, either silver or gold. They’re great to try different colour combinations and see what new, creative look you come up with.

Here’s your junk:

Presents: Trompe Loeil – Holiday 2012 giftbox (1 LI, mod/copy OR mod/trans)

As if The Arcade didn’t gobble up enough of your money last September, it’s back, and opens in just a few days (December 1st), so from now on, I’m going to tease you horribly with previews!

I honestly can’t pick out a favourite, because everyone has been so creative with their items, but floorplan is definitely up there with these gumball machines, which, I mind you, are only one of two gachas she’s doing.

Not only are they adorable, low prim, and come in a rainbow of colours (I love rainbows), but the rare versions are actually fishtanks. And yes, the little fish actually moves. Remember when I said everyone was creative? That’s my proof.
